Vortex Settlement Tanks

The Wave 24 and Wave 36 Vortex Settlement tanks provide excellent mechanical filtering by settling solids to the bottom of the vortex shaped bottom. At recommended flow rates, it is possible to remove almost all of the suspended solids.

Comments: We have the Wave 36 Vortex settlement tank, 2 Wave pumps and love all the W Lim products. The pumps are 4 and 9 years old and still working great. Before using W Lim products, we were loosing fish. We have a 14,000 gallon pond with 30 Koi and 30 Gold fish.
I recommend W Lim Wave vortex settlement tanks and all of W Lim products.

Suggestion: An W Lim vortex option for removing finer waste from the water is to install a W Lim Micro Screen inside the Wave vortex settlement tank. With the Micro screen installed, it is possible to remove fines down to 250 micron. Two sizes are available. Most customers install the 500 micron screen. Installing the Micro screen permits much higher flow rates through the vortex because the screen will not permit debris to pass through even if its not settling right away.
